FOOD FOR LIFE CURRICULA
Designed by physicians, nutrition experts, and registered dietitians, each of our curricula includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote health and fight disease. The classes work to translate
complex scientific nutrition information into simple and easy meals.
Each Food for Life nutrition and cooking class features a nutrition lecture and live cooking demonstration all within a supportive group setting.

All Food For Life Classes will be led by Dilip Barman
Dilip Barman leads Triangle Vegetarian Society and hosts the country´s largest vegetarian (all vegan) Thanksgiving in the country. He has made his first film, `Code Blue´ (codebluedoc.com), shown in a number of countries to medical and lay audiences, that describes the benefits of plant-based eating for helping to prevent or combat a number of major health issues. He is a Food for Life instructor and teaches food preparation and provides plant-based nutrition education to children and adults. In knowing his wife for about 15 years, he has never repeated a dinner for her and blogs about his whole food plant-based creations at dilipdinner.blogspot.com.
